5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Flight Cancellations:Cancellations are subject to the policies of the airline and the ticket type purchased. Oxigo Travel may charge a cancellation fee, in addition to any fees imposed by the airline.
• Refund Policy: Refund eligibility is determined by the airline's refund policy and ticket class. Oxigo Travel will facilitate the refund process but is not responsible for delays or denials of refunds by airlines. Refunds may take up to [X] days to process.
